+ We had the fun task of pulling together a 50th Birthday Garden Soirée for a private client. Alongside 60 of their closest family and friends, they dined on a Mediterranean shared feast underneath market umbrellas in her Brisbane backyard. Crisp blue and white styling with citrus pops adorned long tables, transporting guests to another time and place. Happy Birthday, Sarah!

+ When Factory51 asked if we would cover their in-house events for a month, we couldn’t resist! We first worked with owner, Beau, over 15 years ago (!) so it was great to be back together, delivering exceptional weddings, corporate, and private events, using iVvy software.

GROW Women’s Conference

We worked with the GROW Women’s Conference Committee to plan, promote, and deliver a SOLD OUT GROW 2023.

+ Marketing & Promotion – social media content, EDM’s, e-Media Kit, conference website and booklet,
+ Supplier Management – venue, band, caterers, stylists, photographer, transport, and bookstall,
+ Ticket Sales – conference listing and management of registrations via Eventbrite,
+ Volunteer Management – sourcing and coordinating a team of volunteers.
