Stars of Charlotte Plains 2025

THE DELIVERABLES

Held at the picturesque Charlotte Plains, in Outback Queensland, Stars of Charlotte Plains (June 2025) brought together travellers, locals, and adventure-seekers for three days of live music, food trucks, family fun, and of course, a soak in the iconic artesian baths.

As part of the Charlotte Plains team, Carling had the joy of helping bring this event to life:

+ Event Planning & Coordination – development of event schedule, run sheets, and site layouts.
+ Artist & Vendor Management – booking and liaising with musicians, food vendors, and market stallholders.
+ Ticketing – setup and management of event ticketing and attendee communications.
+ Marketing & PR – coordination of media coverage, social media promotion, and photography.
+ On-the-Day Delivery – overseeing timelines, site operations, and stakeholder coordination throughout the weekend.

Life@Work Conference

Withasee was appointed as the Conference Director for City Bible Forum‘s Life@Work Conference, held on Saturday 17 February, 2024.

Cam Smith and Shanel Naoum Wedding

THE DELIVERABLES

+ It was our honour to plan the wedding for Cameron Smith and Shanel Naoum. Cam and Shanel married in Brisbane, Australia, on Saturday 30 December 2023, celebrating with 120 close family and friends. The brief was a timeless black tie affair that would later kick into party vibes. We worked with Cam and Shanel across the globe throughout 2023, bringing together an intimate yet spectacular celebration.

One-Day Conference

THE DELIVERABLES

Withasee was contracted by GROW Women’s Conference as the Event Coordinator for GROW 2022, including event planning, marketing and promotion, supplier liaison, volunteer management, ticketing, and administration.

We sold 834 tickets during a a 5 month promotional campaign focused on social media and EDMs. We offered discounts for groups, concessions, and high schoolers; and introduced early bird rates for the first time. We aimed to do simple things well – not needing to overcomplicate the process – and are so please to have achieved this result for GROW.

Boutique Film Launch + Dinner

THE DELIVERABLES

Nomad Film and TV sub-contracted Withasee on behalf of their client to arrange a boutique film launch followed by private dinner for 36 guests. We worked with Palace Cinemas James Street to hire a private cinema for the screening, complete with beverages and canapés on arrival by Boheme Event Caterers, and audio visual needs covered by EventX. We secured Bianca Restaurant‘s upstairs private dining room for a delicious Italian dinner, with floral styling by Bouquet Boutique and custom menus and place cards by Jennifer Gauld Design. The evening was a success and the clients were very happy!
