We worked with the GROW Women’s Conference Committee to plan, promote, and deliver GROW 2025.

1205 registrants, 248 dietary requirements, 30 volunteers, 7 committee members, 1 incredible day!

+ Supplier Management – venue, band, caterers, stylists, photographer, transport, and bookstall,
+ Ticket Sales – conference listing and management of registrations via Eventbrite,
+ Volunteer Management – sourcing and coordinating a team of volunteers,

Stars of Charlotte Plains 2025

THE DELIVERABLES

Held at the picturesque Charlotte Plains, in Outback Queensland, Stars of Charlotte Plains (June 2025) brought together travellers, locals, and adventure-seekers for three days of live music, food trucks, family fun, and of course, a soak in the iconic artesian baths.

As part of the Charlotte Plains team, Carling had the joy of helping bring this event to life:

+ Event Planning & Coordination – development of event schedule, run sheets, and site layouts.
+ Artist & Vendor Management – booking and liaising with musicians, food vendors, and market stallholders.
+ Ticketing – setup and management of event ticketing and attendee communications.
+ Marketing & PR – coordination of media coverage, social media promotion, and photography.
+ On-the-Day Delivery – overseeing timelines, site operations, and stakeholder coordination throughout the weekend.
