THE DELIVERABLES

Sent.Together Gathering is an annual, invitation-only conference bringing together a network of gifted evangelists from across Australia to encourage, motivate, and equip one another.

Withasee has partnered with the Sent.Together Committee since its inaugural gathering in Sydney in 2025, followed by the Gold Coast in 2026, providing event planning and on-the-ground coordination for approximately 40 delegates each year.

+ Venue Selection & Management – sourcing and liaising with venues, including coordination of in-house audiovisual requirements.
+ Accommodation Management – coordinating guest accommodation bookings and room allocations.
+ Conference Collateral – design and print coordination of conference stationery and materials.
+ On-the-Day Coordination – overseeing event logistics and delivery across the conference dinner and full-day program.
